Lose Up to 25 Pounds in a Year By Giving up Soda!

How much do you love soda? Would you give it up to weight 25 pounds less? It comes down to simple math:
  • There are 3,500 calories in a pound.
  • Let's say you drink one non-diet 20 oz. soda every day. Most 20 oz. sodas have 240 calories. If you drink one soda every day (240 calories x 365 days), you are consuming 87,600 calories that essentially have no nutritional value.
  • Take 87,600 calories divide it by 3,500 (calories in one pound), and that is the equivalent of approximately 25 pounds!
 
Another benefit is how much money you would save if you drank water instead. If you spend $1 a day on soda, imagine what you could spend $365 in a year that might give you more enjoyment.

Drinking many sodas is bad for our health because it’s have many calories and acid, this makes you fat and have different disease that make you ill and weak. So if I were you I will stop drinking soda and I just drink a lot of water because it’s good to our health.
